What
We Use
Construction-Grade Materials Only
¼” Steel Screen
The backbone of most exclusion work. Rodents cannot chew through properly installed galvanized steel mesh. We use it on vents, crawlspace openings, weep holes, and anywhere air needs to move but rodents don’t.
Solid Metal Flashing
Used to seal gaps along rooflines, fascia boards, and anywhere sheet-metal coverage is the right call. Durable, weatherproof, and impossible for a rodent to push through.
Concrete & Quick-Set
For foundation gaps, floor penetrations, and masonry entry points. When it hardens, it’s done. No flex, no give, no chewing through it.
Lumber
For structural gaps under doors, garage thresholds, and any wood-framed opening that needs blocking. Done properly, it blends with your existing structure.
Hardware Cloth
Heavier-gauge welded wire for larger openings — crawlspace vents, attic louvers, and utility penetrations that see high rodent pressure.
